Friendly and warm staff, comfortable spacious room. Nice bathroom. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food but with excellent restaurant next door there wasn't anything I went without

A really interesting diversion from the usual central location and with no full restaurant facilities but excellent nonetheless. 15 mind by car/bus and an hours direct walk the hotel is located next to a typically English traditional pub with a good range of Adams ales and a menu to die for. The usual Premier breakfast is cooked to order in the hotel and conforms to their usual high standards but do treat yourself to a meal at The Beagle, adjacent. All told, a great combination that I intend returning to anon.

Very clean room and bathroom. Staff very friendly and welcoming, all ways willing to help. Bed was a bit hard and lumpy. Luckily I had sleeping tablets to knock me out.

We always stay here when visiting my Ol Mum. Quite good service. Would recommend.
