Great stay. Clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Tea tray in room needed more milk and teabags. Only enough for one cup each without trail to reception for more. Otherwise very good.

Room was clean, but tired looking. Quite a bite of noise from rooms above, you can hear the other people walk, talk... Staff was friendly enough. Convenient and abundant parking on-site. Connected to Harvester restaurant and breakfast package available with stay

Horrible. The 2nd floor stunk. My room was clean but it was one of those places where i had to dbl check. People who worked there were nice

The hotel is average for a Premier inn, the hotel staff polite and friendly, which is more than can be said for the adjoining Beefeater, Avoid at all costs!! Staff just walk past and ignore you, dirty tables, dirty cutlery, that's if any is about, most of the cereals etc nearly empty, the hot food, in short supply, so on second morning went without cooked breakfast, on the third morning we were told no hot food as they had run out, I thought in this day and age these sort of restaurants had long, in words to sum up it was a mess run by staff who really couldn't care a hoot! If I was there senior management of this Resturant backsides would be kicked and heads would roll, I will probably never return to this establishment again, wish I'd had gone to McDonald's for breakfast, at least they smile and the foods hot!!

Smelly and tatty. Bat had sticky tables and sticky floors and stained chairs. Staff on reception and at breakfast completely indifferent. Room itself OK
