We had a lovely experience staying at the Travelodge in Guildford. The late-night receptionists were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to sort out an issue with our booking quickly and professionally. They were friendly, reassuring, and made us feel really well looked after after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Overall, a great stay with exceptional service!

Very recently visited this hotel. The receptionist was okay but didn't have a pleasant smile and lacked hospitality qualities. The room was fairly good. The staff F&B were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast spread was not satisfactory. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry.

Rooms good. Nice n new ish. But very noisy which us a let down. Suprised this hotel had a bar and restaurant. Evening meal was very nice as was the cooked breakfast. Very suprising as usually hotell food has recently been not very goodnnOh..... parking spaces under the building are extremely tight.

Was staying here during a work trip last week in 344, and got bitten to shreds by bed bugs! No help/change of room provided so had to sleep fully clothed hood up/socks and shoes on at the end of the bed to avoid further bites, didn’t do much though as I’m still covered in 50+ bites. Wouldn’t stay here again!

Had an overnight stop here, comfortable bed and a quiet room. Food available on site. Enjoyed an evening meal and cooked breakfast the following day. Plenty of parking on site.
