Booking done through my company. Drove for 3 hours to get here. Only to find out that the restaurant is closed for refurbishment. 'It was on our website', I was told by the receptionist. BUT NOT ON THE CONFIRMATION NOTICE THAT I RECEIVED. Which if you think about it is the obvious place to put this information. Premier Inns are clean and the staff are generally pleasant. However, their overall attention to customer service is very poor. Not the first Premier Inn where the catering has been an issue.

I arrived at the hotel a little bit before checking- in time but my room was ready. The ladies on reception were very happy and helpful. I had a great night's sleep.

Regular stayer at premier inn hotels first time staying at this hotel. Hotel was quite tricky to find as there’s no signage from the roundabout once found. Checked in memes of staff was friendly and helpful. When walking to my room one of the corridors stunk of tobacco which was not pleasant for a non smoker as the smell was very strong. My room 24 was on the ground floor was clean and tidy in the main room but the bathroom had residual soap left down the wall which was disappointing. During the night there no disturbances to my sleep breakfast was great. Overall would recommend this hotel

Great place to stay, as long as you have transport due to the location. Brilliant value for money, with all mod cons, clean and warm. Eating at the next door Brewers Fayre was easy and superb value.

Lovely welcoming staff. We wanted to move closer to our friends that where staying and they sorted this out fine for us due to having space will be using again
