Nice clean room at an affordable price. Best thing was the food with kids eating free for the summer holidays. Had dinner in the evening and was so impressed that we stayed for breakfast too. Very good prices and great food, there were no halal vegan sausages and the chef cooked some just for us. Great service by the staff, highly recommended. Thank you!
Good location, clean and comfy. The restaurant/bar area is nice. Plates for breakfast are a decent size. Only down side is that none of the room windows open. My air con was working but took it a few hours to cool the room down.
No idea why this gets such good reviews.nI stay in Premier Inns all over the country with work and the it s place is at best average.nI am not ready looking forward to my second night.nThe hotel appears to be overstaffed and yet the wait for service in an almost empty restaurant was painful.nI've stayed in way better Premier Plus rooms, nothing to get excited about.nIt is nice and quiet however, so far.
Great location, which was within walking distance to the town centre with a full spread of local amenities.nThe room was as expected.nThe only issue was they allowed guests to book in, but there was a very very Limited menu in offer due to closing the day I visited. In my opinion, I should not have taken my meal deal when booking.nBreakfast. Was not happy. Paid for full breakfast but was only able to get a continental. Only advised on arrival at breakfast.nLet's see if I get a refund.nOther that food issues. Was pleasantly surprised. Great room and service from all staff.nThank you
On paper, it's yet another premier inn.nDespite my issues, the staff here are some of the best i have experienced. They are fantastic. But the windows are completely sealed and there is no air con. In recent heat it's unbearable. Staff were amazing to put together a fresh out of the box table fan for me, but they shouldn't have to. Completely unacceptable on your customers and staff to have that as your solution to cooling. All rooms should have a fan, if you are sealing windows completely, and staff should need to assemble it especially. Not what I expect from a mid tier hotel chain, might as well save my money and go travelodge as then I am not disappointed
