We opted in for the premium room expecting the bed to be more comfortable and larger than the standard, instead it’s the same as the regular room. And the bed is squeaky.nnIt’s advertised to be using a Silent Night mattress but they have their own.nnOn top it, the sink was blocked with something nasty floating in room 207.nnThe air on was gurgling for a good hour before it made a consistent and normal white noise.nnThe extra £80 appears to be a waste of spend.
It's a Premier Inn, like most others but the staff were efficient and friendly. We had a good nights sleep and the breakfast was very good.nnThe location is ideal as it's just a few minutes into town.nnWe would definitely stay here again.
Premier Inn Chichester is slightly only a few minutes outside of Chichester city centre.nI stayed in an accessible room which was spacious with plenty of turning space and a large comfortable bed.nStaff were friendly and helpful.nEverywhere was clean, tidy and presentable with plugs by the bed and plenty of lighting options.nLarge flat screen TV with multiple channels.nArea has several eating options within walking distance.nClose to cinema and bowling alley, railway station and bus station. Taxis available from the railway station.
Stayed here for a night at the theatre, it’s in good location and not far from train station. Room was clean as expected, staff were nice.
We stayed at this Premier Inn in Chichester for Mother and Daugter time. But wouldn't stay there again, more negative comments than positive.nThe staff are lovely, very welcoming and great service when we checked in. We had a room on the 1st floor, the was a mouldy smell as we came out of the lift and it continued when we went into our room as our room was near the lift and above the main door. From the outside of the building you can see its damp across the top of the porch under our window. The room was clean and bed was comfortable but wouldn't stay in that room again due to the location as if the smell wasn't bad enough we heard a lot of noise where people were coming and going but expected this as its the summer holidays and again being near the lift.nThe treads on the stairs by the lift were dirty and the toilet by the main entrance smelt of the drains and that continued into the restaurant mildy. We went for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was ok but personal taste would have like the mushrooms to be cooked more so dry but everything else was ok.
