I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Cheltenham and would happily give it 5 stars.nnToby and Lainey were absolutely excellent and deserve special mention. Their service was outstanding, friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. They really made a great impression.nnAll of the other staff were excellent as well, and the whole team helped create a really positive experience.nnThe room was very good for the price, clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having a nice bath. The hotel is also in a great location, making it very convenient. Overall, excellent service, great value, and a very enjoyable stay.
I do not typically write reviews.nIf you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel that is friendly and welcoming, this is the one for you.nThe service is consistently helpful and made my stay feel welcoming.nI would like to commend the two staff members for their exceptional service.nToby, the young night front desk worker, and Ellie, the head chef, both provided excellent service.
I stayed in have premier a couple weeks ago with my husband. And our two children .The check in was great the machines where easy to use and the receptionists was very kind .nHowever breakfast was not great not because of the food but because of one of the staff memebers where extremely rude . I can understand that she may be upset as she looked very pregnant. However she seemed to be swearing lots in her own language which I thought was extremely inappropriate especially as my children where around.this did ruin my stay
I had a really lovely stay at Premier Inn Cheltenham and wanted to give a special shoutout to Lanie. She is absolutely great at her job and such a friendly, welcoming person.nnFrom the moment I arrived, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was always happy to help with anything I needed and was especially reassuring when I had a few issues during my stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she handled everything in such a calm and professional way.nnLanie is a real credit to the team and made a big difference to my experience. The room we stayed in was just right size and comfy, with fast Wi-Fi and everything we need. The bathroom was okay, but the shower area only had a curtain to keep things in, which wasn’t the best. The breakfast was great, with lots of hot food to choose from, and you could even order from the kitchen. The cleaning could use a bit more work, though—there were visible stains on the toilet and heavy stains on the tea kettle.
