Visited for Mother's Day. Set menu wasn't really that different to the usual menu. Booked in advance to make sure we got a table. Was very busy but service was quick and efficient, plenty of staff and food was delicious. One order was incorrect but promptly changed for new food without delay, would definitely recommend for food. Expensive drinks but nice venue to have a couple with a nice view.

Always like to stay here when in Cheltenham. Does what it says on the tin. Cheap and cheerful. Rooms ok, food good, prices low. Huge car park and in ideal location for getting around Cheltenham. Recommended

Basic room, clean comfortable fresh coat of paint and modernisation wouldn't go a miss. Breakfast was a bit poor but adequate. Staff were friendly and gave good service. Would stay again as a cheap option.

Standard Greene King pub. Lovely views though. Staff have always been friendly and helpful, if sometimes slow.

Restaurant is expensive but food is very good. Waiters are annoying and rude at times here. Seemed rather keen to throw my group out. Very disappointed at staff. Also didn't offer dessert or coffees...Very disappointed. Recommended that you reserve because it gets very busy. Took 1/2 hour for food to arrive. Was cold in restaurant and practically begged the ignorant waiters to move away from the drafty windows. Rushed service but food would make me come back. ££/£££ food price. Also bartender was rude (rolling eyes).
