Great facilities and very very helpful staff - good value for money too! The room was nice and cleaned every day. The people on the desk were great at recommending places to eat and drink and then asking our opinions too, they really made you feel welcome and no request was too small. The only downside was the issue we had with towels, as there was only 1 towel in the room, but 2 of us staying there. It wasn't until our last night that this issue was sorted. Other than then the premier inn was lovely and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a nice hotel at a good price.

I stayed here as part of a very large group who all attended for breakfast at the same time. The staff members were not prepared for such an amount of people arriving at once and the hot food had soon run out. They worked tirelessly to ensure the buffet was quickly back up and running without any fuss or complaint. I congratulate every person working that morning. A fantastic team that I would be very proud to be a part of.

Came here staying on business. I was very sad to say goodbye to the bed as it was amazingly comfy! Really quiet at night, didn't hear anything through the walls which was great as I was worried about this coming down to Bristol! Great location right bang in the centre (with a local 'boozer' nearby for chilling out. Would stay here again if in Bristol. Staff were great, and the breakfast was varied and good. I actually was a bit cheeky and asked if I could takeaway a cup of their coffee and the staff were lovely and gave me a Costa disposable cup and lid to use! Recommend.

Clean and incredible beds. Warm welcome and great location with discounted parking for hotel guests nearby. Only had a small window in the room but was ok for new year - we weren't looking for anything special. Could do with better security guards for the safety of the reception team and guests.

Probably the best Premium Inn we've ever stopped in, in terms of location (smack in the middle of Bristol), value for money, condition of rooms/lifts/foyer, staff cheery & helpful. It was extremely quiet of a night, no trouble with sleeping. There is a few parking options very close by, whereby the hotel provide you with a 25% parking discount voucher on check-out. Can't comment on the attached Brewers Fayre, as we didn't eat or drink there. Would strongly recommend this establishment to anyone ....we will certainly use again.
