I was in an accessible room as I need a wet room, but there was no plugs near the bed so I was unable to use my breathing equipment. A member of staff did search high and low to find one with no luck. Because of this I was barely able to sleep and ended up leaving early. They do have rooms with outputs near the bed, however they are only in the plus rooms and they don't do plus accessible.nnThe location is brilliant, not too far from the train station, not too far from anything really!
Excellent hotel in a great central location. We booked 5 months in advance so got the room for £79. Luckily and randomly got upgraded to a premium room and it was lovely! The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. Great bathroom with everything needed. The room even had a Nespresso machine.
Perfect distance from the bus station, a lot of nice and convenient locations around. Perfect stop-in hotel, nothing over the top which is reflected perfectly in the price. Staff were lovely and happy to respond to questions.
Very nice helpful receptionist called Joe.nBedding too heavy and no alternative except spare duvet covers on offer. Premier Inn need to invest in light duvets or at least blankets. Result: we were either too hot or too cold. Did not sleep well.nShower was not great, only an overhead no hand shower. But good water pressure.nAircon not great - v noisynWe couldn’t open a window.nBreakfast was only ok, very dry scrambled eggs. Nice staff but table not very clean, it was sticky.
Great place, staff and service exceptionally good.nThe hook on the bathroom door was lose and the cupboard door in front of the fridge was wonky and hard to open - small, easily fixed things that did not badly influence our stay. We are always impressed with premier inns. The breakfasts are great value too.
