Staid there for 8 nights for business purposes. Breakfast are served to the restaurant (steakhouse) next door for £6 continental buffet or £8 full English breakfast. I have been also few times for diner there, really convenient with quick and friendly service. In the rooms the basics convenience tea/coffee, air dryer, soap disposer. Iron table at the reception. Walls are a bit thin and don't filter the noise from the room next door for one night.

Great place to stay. Had two noisy neighbours twice in a row now so put me off booking in another if I'm being honest .. after lots of driving last thing I needed was broken sleep.. friendly staff tho x

Had a great stay and slept really well. Bed was soooo comfy, and soft squishy duvet and perfect pillows (where can I buy some??). Hotel is a little tired in places which is why I gave a 4 (I'd give 5 to the newer PI's). However it was clean and the staff were really friendly. I won't hesitate to book again when I visit this area again.

Premier Inn Barnstaple is ok in general. The staff are lovely, polite and very friendly. Go out of thier way to help you and make sure you have everything u need & make you feel welcome & at ease. There is a Pub next door, although i havent eaten from there........the pub itself is very clean & The staff are lovely and welcoming

Table booked for 3.30. arrived on time. Got our food at ten minutes past five. We continually ordered food from the menu and was told that it wasn't available. The 14 of us had to gather afterwards to sort out the bill as we had all been charged wrongly. Never again.
