Our family 4 couples stayed for three nights over the Twixmas period. The hotel is lovely but the staff make it fantastic. Their enthusiasm was way beyond expectations. The hotel manager William was attentive and nothing was too much trouble and always available. The food was superb and our waitress was efficient and good humoured. I can not find any faults. We will definitely return.
We went for a boxing day meal with a family group of four. We couldn't have asked for anything to be better. Great greeting from staff who were friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was excellent and well presented. All in all, it is a great place to relax and enjoy time in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful Festive Afternoon Tea this afternoon. Good range of sandwiches and cakes. The service was outstanding and they couldn’t do enough to make our visit more special. Highly recommend and free parking too. Thank you to all the people who looked after us you were brilliant. Sarah Berry
Big thank you to Bethany, Havey and Gary, I wish I could remember more staff’s name as everyone works in this hotel is so nice and professional. I am so lucky to get an upgrade for my room, this hotel should be rated 5 stars. Service is perfect, my room is nice , clearn and comfortable. I paid 50 pounds for gala Ester dinner, it is very good value as I got drink and 5-course dinner. I love this hotel and will definitely come back with my family. A real joy to stay here. Staff attitude throughout was brilliant and added to the elegant ambience of the hotel itself. Food was outstanding; can wholly recommend this hotel.
