Hotel is basic but functional, parking is very convenient and inexpensive and location is good.nThe best aspect of our stay without doubt was the excellent level of service provided by James. Nothing was too much trouble, A very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable attitude.nA credit to both the hotel and the company.nWould stay here again.
The staff here are fantastic. After a rather trying journey up from Kent Jess and James were so friendly and helpful when we arrived. All other staff were great and there was a lovely atmosphere. Very easy to park in the car park and get to the hotel. Cheap parking too!
Barnsley premier inn is in the centre of Barnsley and when we arrived with was greeted with a smile and very welcoming the staff tried there very hardest to look after us and the rooms was clean and spacious we all got a good night sleep and the dinner and breakfast was lovely, delicious and the food was hot and the staff went above and beyond to help us and they has a laugh and a chat with us they couldn't have done more we felt like we was at home ,I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back the 3rd time and the price of £45 a room and dinner ,breakfast for £26.99 was well worth it .nnSee you again soon I take my hat of to the staff
Booked for May at Barnsley Central.nnHave stayed in premier inns before and like that they don’t disappoint.nnBut how hard can it be to an ask a question ahead of your stay. I’ve tried using faq, contact us and even phoning . Very hard . Impossible!!!!!!!!nnI know they don’t have an on-site car park but just needed to know if they have parking for blue badge holders and if I can book a space. Just cannot find a way of asking and getting information.nnBeginning to wonder if I should cancel and book elsewhere
