First impressions not good but not premier fault it is next to a unused office complex the area is quiet and a bit tatty. The hotel is nice and staff are friendly and attentive and quick to sort out any problems, the restaurant next door is a nice place one whinge it does unlimited breakfast but it is cooked for you so takes a few minutes so slower than a buffet type one. Room was clean and tidy. To be honest when I arrived I wanted to leave straightaway but after staying for 2 days I am planning to return. Close to town centre nowhere near the motorway.

Last min booking but was blown away by the friendless of the night staff and morning crew . Room was so comfynnFirst class service was very impressed .nnWell done and look forward to staying again

Good price, accessible room was very spacious. Unfortunately no hot water in the bathroom and was woken at 04:30 by other people's alarm clocks.nI paid for the breakfast for us £19.98 but changed our minds a week before so asked to cancel. Was told that it wouldn't be a problem. The day we arrived I explained that I didn't want the breakfast and was told it would be refunded within 5 days.nIt's been 14 days today and still nothing.

Worst experience ever.nnNo telephone in the rooms we support face to face communication.nnNo heating oh come on it is not that cold.nnTv turns on by itself at 00:00 and remote does not work. I had to unplug it trying to add some fun to your staynnHairdryer does not work oh we saw you have short hairnnBath tube is leaking yes we might feel sorry about thatnnYou have to talk to reception for cleaning. Hanging the sign on your door is not enough.nnAnd someone came to my room at 23:00 for cleaning and you know what? Yes I didnt ask for it.nnThat town needs an alternative.

Great service from the staff, James particularly was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He’s an asset to your business, I could see he was treating everyone in the same way - amazing customer focus. Thank you for making my stay so lovely James!
