We ordered a meal deal tonight & phoned our order in as we wanted to go large & pay the extra £4 as at the time we couldn't see it on line. We have ordered this from them on several occasions before on line. We spoke to the staff member explained all this he said no problem he could do it over the phone not a problem. When it arrived it was medium pizzas. We rang up & spoke to them again to which he then denied & argued with us. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired & at that he was apparently one of the Managers. We will be taking this up with head office & giving full details as you do not expect that kind of service from a manager

Find another branch. When asking if they have any discount codes I just got laughed at down the phone by a child, OK the codes that you ram through the letter box on a monthly basis those codes?????? I am not spending nearly £60 on pizza to get laughed at. Are children running this branch. Nobody in there right mind would buy these at full price anyway, we'll just go local.

Lost my dominos virginity last night. Im more of a pizza Hut man myself but it was very nice. They make it alot quicker and you can see it being made but Im still a fan of the Hut. Love that u can order it on the app even for later its ace. Staff were good place was clean food was nice 5 * from me guys

It’s not good when you turn up at dominos order the family pack and ask if you could get 2 lots of wedges instead of wedges and cookies to be told we don’t accommodate requests like that. To then be interrogated by the so called manager on who gave us that deal last time. So i recommend going to Pizza Hut at least they will give you what you want.

Last time I will order from this place as the service level has certainly dropped, I don’t think anyone should wait almost 2 hours. Unexceptable. As far as my refund is concerned they keep passing me between 3 managers, with plenty of apologies for a refund of £53.97 that should have been returned within the 5-7 business days. It’s 18 days later and these muppets keep passing the buck on who is or isn’t in charge of issuing a refund. I just want my refund back and that way I know in future to never order from you again.
