Drive thru very slow in sue 10 mins then reward app machine not working so could not collect free reward . Staff seemed very stressed.

Ordered through KFC and they completely messed up the order. Hot wings, Gravy and corn missing, burnt and flat cold, called and managed to speak with the most unhelpful arrogant girl that refused to resend anything at all. Honestly if she were stood infront of me I probably would have headbutted her. She said we can have another meal but would have to come in for it tomorrow? How is that any help? If you buy food from here just make sure you dont do it through just eat or you're pretty much fu**ed if they inevitability mess the order up. Called just eat them selves ans got a refund of £3.00. Will be submitting an official complaint shortly

Just had a kfc ...so dissapointed ....got it to take out ....orderd a bucket ...a zinger tower...and 2 sweet corns .....got home to find no sweet corn in my bag and the chicken in the bucket was over cooked and dry ..most of it went in the bin ! Wont be going here again ...total rubish rip off ..
