Stayed for business. Comfortable rooms and great facilities, breakfast was good and staff were all friendly and polite throughout my stay. Would recommend..

Currently working nights on the a42 staff are very welcoming and always polite and helpful food is outstanding and hotel is very clean also with very nice staff breakfasts are lovely after a long nite shift keep up the good work guys and girls best stay at premier inn by fair and I've stayed in most !!

Nice hotel with good restaurant. It's a Premier Inn so you know what to expect. We've used 3 times when attending Download festival. 

One star removed as prices are too high now during Download. Almost doubled between 2009 and 2013. 

Staff immensely helpful and friendly.

It is what it is. Clean stndard rooms nothing too extravagant. Standard attatching pub with standard 2 for ten type offerings, good location if travalling or visiting conkers parkrun. Nearby mcdonalds or supermarket.
