Nice independent coffee shop, home made cakes are available and pricing is reasonable, staff are friendly too. Can get busy on a weekend and when coach tours drop visitors off at the coach stand across the road.

Decent coffee but the service from the grumpy young waitress left a lot to be desired. The vanilla slices my friends had felt very much like yesterday's stock with soggy pastry. It's a shame as I had high hopes as it looked nice and is in a nice area.
