Booked a taxi for 6.30pm, at 6.40pm nothing, rang them, they apologised and said one would be there in 5mins, 10 mins later nothing, rang another company, booked for immediate pickup, 10 mins later other company came....  Power carz never turned up, I rang and cancelled, complained,they refunded me. Never use them again......  Used in the past, issues with car they send, 4 cases to airport and get a small Toyota... Uninstalled app.... They are only 2 miles from me....

I asked for a quote from Bradford to Liverpool for The Grand National   I offered to pay cash in advanceI was quoted £100.   When the the  operator came back after speaking to " the Boss" The price went back up to £105.I am now using Arrow cars  A shame because I have been using Powe to go BRI a lot lately. You have lost a customer!  he said

Walking passed 11655 power can today parked on double yellow lines having a cigarette opposite Best one in eccleshill around 2:30pm. Save to say I’ll avoid their service’s. I wouldn’t want my baby  breathing in second hand smoke, and I wouldn’t be ok in a car being illegally parked.

Ordered a taxi for my little brother would’ve given him some cash before hand, if they said on the phone he had to pay before the journey started that would’ve been fine. A joke to be honest, the taxi driver couldn’t of cared less, he’s now sat outside waiting in the cold, what a waste of time won’t be ordering from power again

Decided to give Power cars another chance  this morning after not using them for nearly a year after several bad experiences with them   my taxi was booked in advance and still turned up 20 mins late ! I will not be using Power again .

I got your taxi tonight ref car 2!! Fantastic service and the taxi was amazing, so clean and smelt so nice, the taxi diver was so very polite.

The best service in town. If they don't have a taxi they r honest about it wich Is what I like.

For nearly two years staff members wake me up, by talking extremely loudly, outside my house. I will never use this company based on how disrespectful these staff members are to everyone around them.
