Driver 512 Omair provided an excellent taxi service. I had to get a coach early hours and he kindly assisted with my luggage and also allowed me and my children to be warm in the car before coach arrived. I really appreciated that he went beyond and over to ensure our safety at early hours. He was very helpful a good experience with this taxi driver named Omair. Thankyou air thankyou Arrows taxis.
The taxi was on time waiting for us outside when we were going through customs which was good. However at 3.30ish in the morning, freezing cold we were at a loss where the taxi was as they are supposed to pick you up directly outside the building. The office phoned us to tell us his whereabouts as we couldn't see it amongst all the other cars. He was sitting pretty in his cab. We struggled to get our two medium sized suitcases in the boot. He then drove to the barrier where he was confused what he had to do. A bus driver even got out to tell him to get a move on. He eventually got his card out to pay! After driving about 5 minutes he stopped the car to get out his wallet and took his time putting his card back in and then his pocket. He was definitely not in any rush! After arriving home although he could see it was a fixed price we had been quoted he then went on to ask if we wanted to pay the £6 fee for the airport. Unfortunately I didn't get any other quotes so don't know if it was over priced. The service we got was definitely not what they advertise and what we were expecting. I think a lot more training might be needed.
Pretty poor service. Taxis don't come at the time specified, this has happend quite a few times now. Phone operators seem short when questioned about it then blatantly lied about how long it would be. I wouldn't recommend using arrow if you expect to be picked up on time.
Son use school transport Bradford driver well respectful. The operator call in she okay to no attitude or any issue questions you have, needs to help you feel confident while travel with them. Happy help you
Left my phone and my brothers wallet in a cab last night after a wedding in Esholt. Driver reported this to the office and brought them back to me the next morning. Thank you to the driver and I was extremely greatfull for this. Andy
Unfortunately as good as the people are that work here it's a little bit how do I say. Lacking good quality service. If you live on a bad road the drivers refuse to drive down it. But they seem to forget how bad the road is of you offer a 2 pound tip. I have unstable ankles and bad hips and because the taxi drivers won't drive down my road because there scared of scratching a tyre I have to walk down it every single day. There veichles seem to be more important then there customers health. All round they just don't care. I have no choice but to use this rank as it's very convent and close for me. But I still wouldn't suggest to anyone I know to use them. Poor quality customer care steer clear!
Good friendly drivers, reasonable prices. I did ask for a driver with a card machine but didn’t get one today. Luckily I had just enough cash for my trip.
Is it just me or are the taxi company access just absolutely ridiculous for either punctuality or better yet even turning up these days. Ive heard numerous stories about them been late or not turning up from friends and family. Then it’s happened this morning to me and my wife she’s needed to be at the train station booked taxi yesterday for 7am and lord and behold 7.10 comes no taxi, so I’ve had to go get our daughter up so that I can now take her to the train station. The point of the taxi was so that we didn’t need to disturb our daughter and have to get her out of bed! So not very ideal at all. I know this story might seem trivial especially with everything that’s going on but why can’t we have a decent taxi service!
Worst taxi company I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Ordered 2 taxis to pick us up in Leeds, was told there would be a 40 minute wait, which was fine. After 45 minutes, neither had arrived. After ringing the company, we were told they were 5 minutes away. One came after 55 minutes but the other had still not showed up. After ringing the taxi company again, the man on the phone told us the other taxi was in Leeds City Centre and would be a couple of minutes. After another 10 minutes he still hadn't shown up. Spoke to the company again and they denied all knowledge of the taxi being booked, after complaining the guy put the phone down on me, which is incredibly rude when they're wanting my money and my business. Rang back straight away and they admitted the taxi had got lost, switched off and gone home. Leaving us stranded in the middle of Leeds after 4am, had we not have rung several times they would not have contacted us about the taxi leaving. Worst company ever and will never use again. Very bad customer service and not pleasant to use.
Used this taxi service for years and they've always been o. Time and reasonable until today ! Told it would be 15 mins and it was 25 resulting in us missing a train and then on pick up said 10 to 15 mins and it was 25! Driver said he'd been sent from Halifax. It was 4.90 in afternoon and 6.00 at night same distance. Baildon to Shipley. Won't be using them again.
