I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from ace budget during my recent taxi ride. I booked a taxi at 13:12 to take me from cemetery road to the light church. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. They had me waiting in the snow for 25 minutes without informing me before hand of any issues, low taxi availability or unexpected long waiting times during the initial call or even via text. To begin with, the driver took me to the wrong destination, which resulted in a significant delay and inconvenience for me. I immediately called their customer service line to report the issue, and I was assured that the mistake would be rectified promptly. I appreciate the initial response and understanding displayed by their operator during that call. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when the promised correction was not implemented, leaving me being overcharged for a destination i never asked in the first because of a misunderstanding on their part. Consequently, I arrived at my intended location much later than planned, causing me significant stress and inconvenience. Moreover, I am deeply disturbed by the insulting behaviour I encountered when I called back to follow up on the situation. The operator I spoke to was unprofessional, dismissive, and used language that I find completely unacceptable. Such treatment only added to the distress caused by the initial error. I believe that as a paying customer, I deserve a certain level of service and courtesy, both of which were severely lacking in this instance. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate actions taken to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.
Driver was really helpful as I had my 9 month old son with me he helped put the pram in the boot and made sure we was OK before driving off and when we got home he helped me again get the pram out of the car and helped put it up for me and I really appreciate that as many drivers just leave the pram on the side of path and drive off
Service was a little slower than usual, especially being a bank holiday. Roads are fairly quiet. Took almost 40 minutes to get to the destination I needed to be at.. Other taxis take 25 minutes. Quite pricey aswell concidering their name is called "budget" taxi..
The experience today was good first time with ace taxis and have to say the fare price was £8.90 compared to other taxi firms who usually charge around £10 to £11 . insha'Allah will be using u again keep up the good work and fare prices

Dont appreciate when the door has closed on me when ive tried to grab a present to be asked if I'm drunk!! When I'm tee total? No a good look at the taxi service, I may have been at the fair-weather club doesn't mean I've been drinking! Tell your taxi drivers not to assume!
