I ordered for their service late at night to enable me meet a shift I suddenly booked which I was to report to in about 45minutes from the booking time and the driver, Mr Ismail got me there on time. Mr. Ismail was quite professional and helpful. The only downside is that when the driver arrived to pick me up, the meter read £3.50, on inquiring about that, he told me that the first mile is calculated on default even before take off. I paid 29.90 instead of 26.40. I wasn't impressed with that.
I ordered a leap and the ride was £3.80 but I was debited £5.70 from my card. I need an explanation and a refund of the balance please, it’s also not he first time this is happening. Kindly look into my situation and give feedback. Thank you

I've never seen so much disrespect from a taxi driver than I experienced last night. I'm so upset my mum got hurt and your taxi driver never even stopped to see if she was okay just drove of leaving my mum in the road hurt and in shock a 67 year old lady after am hard day at my mother in law wake to disgusting and threw us out of taxi when I ordered one saying it wasn't for us
1 star because I couldn't review with 0. Ordered a taxi on the app, it took payment and instantly cancelled the ride. Ordered another to wait 35 mins for a driver and as soon as they found me a driver they cancelled the trip and AGAIN took the payment. £15 has left my account and still no cars have been sent. Tried to phone base and explain the problem and the guy put me on hold, passed me on, I was put on hold again only to have the phone answered a 3rd time by someone who had no idea what was going on. Very unapproachable and unprofessional phone manner and told me it "wasn't his problem" and told his colleague to "cut me off". Disgusting service.
Absolutely horrific experience with this company. Genuinely disrespectful. Got abuse over the phone while I was trying to book a taxi. I was not at fault as I booked a taxi and no one came while I waited and when I tried to call back the terms the guy was using was vile. I have decided to visit Bradford and don’t think i will be returning because of this incident. I was baffled as he was making threats to come to my address and swore several times.
The taxi man was dubious. He took a very long route against my will. Your app says 7.70 for the trip. Not for once have I paid up to 8 pounds from kismet gardens to my house. My now I ended up paying 9.50 for this journeys this is a rip off, I want a refund of the balance
Very excellent drivers have high morell Executive service 10 star amazing so nice and kindness They do beyond there job..we need people like this in the world thanks to driver this morning...
We have used Leap for years never had problems with the drivers but unfortunately do not like the new system!Service: Limousines
