I do not like this Poundland it’s in need of a desperate makeover and a good tidy up. Visited on 15 June and there was just boxes and boxes on the floor the shelves where just full of dust and grime.
Good store easy to find what you want
Medium size store in the middle of the town's main shopping street. It's clean and airy, the staff being most helpful! Wide range of cut price goods on offer, but I think the name "Poundland" needs changing!! There's not much for a pound these days!!
Actually took someone else who wanted to visit here...and spent a fortune myself. Well worth a visit, it surprising the bargains that are there to be had.
Nice shop clean tidy great location
Great offers on the shelves, the right size store and staff are helpful, polite and enthusiastic.
Out of stocked of a few items but it's one of the shops we know will be fully stocked within a day
Store good, one member of staff gobbing off about the people stood by door because of the rain as it was torrential downpour and were waiting for it to pass will continue to use store next time she gobbs off about customers i will say something to her and poundlands top management team i can identify the girl by sight but not name although this wont be a problem !
You can most things at this store. Some of the staff are chatty and friendly. One or two could do with a course in customer relations. It has access for prams, wheelchairs etc. Could do with not putting plinths at the entrance to the store, as people in wheelchairs, prams have trouble getting in and around. Also blocks people going in / out. The staff are happy to look in the storeroom if you cant find what you are looking for.
One of the smaller stores, but plenty to spend your money on and very reasonably priced. Wheelchair accessible, with a carpark within easy walking distance. Set on the main street, it also has a good choice of named and chic boutiques to pique your interest, with plenty of eateries close by.
