Absolute shambles, scooter broke down when my mum was using it causing her a great deal of upset, rang the shop the guy was so not interested offer d another scooter and he was told the seat was too low as my mum is 6ft he assured us it was the same height..no it wasn't my mum couldn't fit on it. Took it back up we live in Swansea the guy was again not interested offered me a refund in the deposit I challenged this and then after a few words I had a full refund he offered me another scooter which he was picking up that same day waited two days for a phone calll...nothing!! Rang him and he said ahh the scooter went straight back out and he was too busy to call me!! Over all experience?? Don't bother the guy really doesn't want to be there and refused to give me the shop owners details for me too report this matter
