Excellent service and delivery times. I ordered very close to Christmas and, not only was my order received in good time, but when it turned out an item I had ordered was out of stock, I was called up to discuss an alternative to ensure Christmas gifts were not missed/delayed. Top tier service in every aspect - will definitely shop again.
My first purchase from Maple didn't disappoint. It arrived within 2-3 days and was nicely packed. I shall visit their website again, as they sell an interesting mix of products. Highly recommend.
Maples have a few shops down the high street, we went in the chocolate shop that sells hand made chocolates, chocolate pizza, many many different types of sweets for all occasions. And it all taste so damn nice, you get very good quality here. The other maples we went in was the gift shop at the Top of the street as my daughter wanted to get some Charlie bears with money she saved. The staff were exceptional and very helpful even with a young person who had lots of decisions to make. They also sell jewellery, cookware and ornaments. Great service, great shops.
A fantastic company to buy from super fast delivery and the products are first class. All the people we gave to for an extra Christmas box asked where we got the chocolates from as they thought they were to die for. I can't recommend them highly enough because the product does it for me. Will definitely be buying through out the year.

Excellent and easy experience shopping with this small indie company. I bought some gorgeous soft toys that I couldn’t find elsewhere and to my surprise they arrived the following day, nicely packaged. Would definitely use this family company again.
The Maple family and team have provided quick, efficient and friendly service. As matter of fact they were completely alert to the receipt and confirmation of my orders and within three days I have received them. This is far better than my experiences with other larger companies that required continuous prompting before even being able give details of possible delivery date. Thank you Maple your confectionery products are superb and much appreciated.
Ordered some chocolate lollies which arrived promptly and were very well packaged no breaks!. Kids loved them!
There were some issues with the actual delivery of the item as the cardboard box it was despatched was enormous. It could have held about 50 boxes, never mind only one. This seemed to cause the delivery to be aborted a couple of times. However, I am informed by my mother in law that the chocolates themselves were beautifully packaged and tasted divine. She is an expert on chocolates, and said they were fabulous.
Perfectly happy with product, price and customer service, but there is a glitch with address auto-fill on online order form. Second order presented no problems, so perfectly happy with the transaction.
