Any reviews you are seeing here that are good are either friend and family of the owners of the WH Smith / West Worthing Post Office or are people confusing this post office with the one in Goring-by-Sea. Unlike Goring's post office, who have wonderful and helpful staff and actually stay open until posted closing times, the West Worthing Post Office closes early and has staff that are either incompetent or rude. They have often refused to honour my prepaid labels printed off the internet and refuse services provided by other post offices and have also charged more for services and products than should be allowed. Go to the Goring-by-Sea Post Office on Goring Road near the Mulberry. You will get better service PLUS there is a free car park in the rear.
