Unfortunately not a great office at all. Some staff are generally well mannered and welcoming however senior staff there are bad-tempered and don't know a thing about customer service. It is also a very small office and feels incredibly cramped when busy. Poor facilities.

This office should be opened at least until 6 one day in the week! it is impossible to get after work or before if I need to send something :(

Disappointed the opening hours today were not as posted on the website. A little girl in Sweden will now not get her birthday card on her birthday.
