The Telscombe Civic Centre is a flexible venue to suit all needs and a diverse range of events such as parties, wedding receptions, craft fairs, exhibitions/demonstrations, exercise classes, seminars, training events, business meetings and funeral teas. The competitive hire charges are listed below.

The presitigious modern bright building situated within close proximity of the cliff top has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and range cooker, ideal for use by caterers or simply making tea and coffee for business meetings or training events.

During the week rooms are available to hire on an individual hourly basis. At weekends there is a session rate only for use of the entire ground floor. There are doors on the ground floor accessing a small private patio area.

The top floor of the Civic Centre has a selection of small rooms ideal for meetings and training events.

The building is conveniently situated on the A259 South Coast Road on the route of the Brighton & Hove number 12 bus service. The Centre has its own small private cark park (12 spaces, plus an additional disabled space).

The building, which has the benefit of a hearing loop in the Council Chamber, is fully accessible with a lift, disabled toilet and external access ramp. (In line with current legislation, the Telscombe Civic Centre, patio area and car park are 'no smoking' areas.)

*(Use of the first floor at weekends will be charged at an additional 50% of the ground floor rate)

Rooms are available to hire from 9am until 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 9am to 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. (The Centre is not available to hire on a Sunday morning due to a regular booking.)
Please note that wireless broadband connection is available in the Civic Centre (this is not a secure site and is used at your own risk.).
