A phone system that rings for ages then ask for an input after which it goes dead redial and phones rings for ages then by say no reply start again 40 minutes and still trying the web site says online is not available. Does anyone at LDC realise we are in the 21st centuary. And while typing this the phone has rung off once again 9.42 am Monday and still waiting to get through to the root menu

One star is too high for this lot. Yellow bin collection 'service' constantly on the phone requesting we receive sufficient bags for the week. Constantly the drivers do not leave the bags or do not leave sufficient. apparently I am expected to put offensive and clinical waste in our dustbins so we have no room for household rubbish plus the infection risk. Since when was it rocket science to leave sufficient rolls of bags. Caring for a frail end of life hospice at home parent is stressful enough, this lot could care less and still take our council tax

I have been waiting for a response regarding my application for a council tax reduction for almost a year. They did seem helpful on the phone just now - but bit of a crazy wait! Do NOT HOLD BREATH!

107 minutes and counting spent waiting for you to answer the phone on a Monday afternoon. Utterly useless service.
