Last two times I have been there have been queues to end of queue area but yet only one or two staff on counter.   If going to self service is a bit better but you normally have to search for someone to hand your parcels too. Obviously need more staff but like most things nowadays profit comes before customer service.

Long waiting time, no regards to mothers with new born waiting in que, terrible staff, informed by vosa one way, post office staff do other way. New regultions makers

Staff always pleasant & helpful. Always clean & tidy. Tends to have long queues tho.

Self service, passport photo service, banking and foreign money. Always been helpful when I have wanted things sent. Normally about 2 members of staff at the counters, at busy times expect a queue.

The queue area is a bit cramped and it's usually pretty hot in there, usually the queue goes down pretty fast though
