The two ladies who have helped me over the past week have been excellent. Super patient and understanding.
I'm not usually one to observe and take attention to the finer details, but my advise come sit here for an hour and just watch.... You will see the most disgusting attitude, self believing, sorry poor excuses of humans, complete mouth breathers and generally people who have a disregard for thier fellow humans, if they had two braincells they'd both still die of loneliness and my god the sheer stupidly and proof that survival of the fittest no longer need apply... And that's just the staff
I couldn't change my Job Centre Interview 17/8/15 @ 9.40 because, despite them giving an 0845 Number on their site, it's been changed to a charged number 0345. Even on DW&P's letters it says you can 'phone 0845 but the same message is coming up. There is no other way to contact them unless you pay. I was kept hanging on when I 'phoned the 0345 No. & had to give up & got a big bill for my wasted efforts. We have had benefits cut to the bone & now they are expecting us to pay for calls to cancel an appointment they are making us go to, despite our disabilities. I just had to handwrite a letter & send it freepost to the centre that handles the mail, but as they are 16 months behind with my claim, I doubt they will even get to read it! I hate this part of it, but when I last saw my personal advisor now they have decided somebody else is my personal advisor when she isn't the lady was really nice and sympathetic. I have been put through hell for 7 years and they owe me about £700, & they shouldn't send out these appointments when they are behind and owe us money. Seems they & the DW&P's need to update their website and paperwork & give us the money we are entitled to & not put us through hell through their own inefficiences.
This morning, together with my partner,I went to the Jobcentre, Cheltenham, not really sure of how to deal with an issue regarding sending details of Power of Attorney to NI. The lady that dealt with us, Tricia, made it seem all so simple and removed any concerns we had. Huge thank you to Tricia!
Poor service, unfriendly staff even if your not even looking for a booking just some questions on what to receive!
