Huge thank you to the lovely women working on the reservations table on Wednesday evening for the rock orchestra. Understanding kind and thoughtful they made the night so much better thank you!nThe stairs are steep and there isn't a lift, however there are good rails both sides and it's big enough for people to walk around you.nThanks also to the lovely, tall, female usher to kindly gave me a taxi number. Highly recommend this venue and wonderful staff!
First time in the Town hall and it did not disappoint. It is a beautiful venue. Only negative was my seat I could only see half of the stage due to being sat next to one of the magnificent marble pillars.
Went to see the rock orchestra, they were absolutely amazing as usual. But last time we had no seats and got to stand which was fab. But tonight we had to sit, the seats are too close together and uncomfortable, the man next to me took up my seat space and I felt uncomfortable. I thought it was better without seats but the rock orchestra ar outstanding
Great classic venue, easily fits hundreds of people for Cheltenham festival.
Such a beautiful building to see a performance in. Right in the centre of Cheltenham with plenty of parking nearby and some great places to eat on the doorstep. A lovely bar for pre- drinks and interval drinks too. Also, very disabled friendly as we have discovered when bringing my mother in her wheelchair 3 times now. The staff could not be more accommodating - just make contact via phone or email in advance of the performance and they will move heaven and earth to help you out. Brilliant customer service.
