The staff members are by far the rudest and slowest workers I have ever seen. If you ask advise on which service to use, the staff roll their eyes at you.

If you can, use an alternative post office.

Really appalling customer service.   Have attempted to use this branch twice and both times I've been really taken aback by the attitude of the staff behind the counter.  Really unhelpful to the point I suspect they deliberately go slow around 5.30 to make sure you miss the post.  There are plenty of options for Post Office services  - all I suspect would be a better option than this one - I doubt how they could be worse.
