I love this Post Office. Friendly guys, there's usually always 2 people serving and never usually a queue. Just as a Post Office should be
Paid this post office for passport digital check and send service, they are suppose to check your application and take your passport photo properly so your application doesn’t get rejected, they took my photo and submitted my application, then a few days later I get an email saying the photo they took doesn’t meet the requirements and it needs re taking, and they also said I needed to submit more documents to confirm my identity even tho the post office said I have all the correct documents. Also they didn’t take me into a room to do the application with me, they done it right at the counter when people were queuing up behind me and they were rushing through it. Terrible service, do not go here.
Useless, beyond frustrating, impossible to collect a parcel around my work hours and very unhelpful staff. :/
Wow I can't believe how racist Google are allowing people too be on this review page! Totally disgraceful. People playing the "is it coz I is black card" people blaming the workers nationalities because the post office wasn't open. I'm gobsmacked and I feel obliged too stand up for the workers at the post office. Firstly there is normally one man working there by himself all day, so please excuse him if he hasn't got time too bow down and shine your shoes at the same time as serving so many customers. I find this post office very convenient, friendly staff member, always very helpful. Shame on you all! you racist small minded people. You're whats wrong with this country. And before you think different, I am a white British citizen, which I'm embarrassed too call myself sometimes and hope people never tarnish me in anyway like you lot.
I visit today my local post office early opening times. Working there young men. He is very professional and helpful. It’s December and -4 degree. In this brunch is no heating, it’s absolutely disrespectful for clients and for this nice man who is a showcase of this company. Owner should be ashamed.
Great post office. Most efficient I’ve been to and the least busy. Family that run the branch are pleasant and helpful too! It’s not the closest to me but it’s the quickest one to be served at.
I made a special journey at 13.00 today to post an important parcel abroad, only to find the Post Office closed. Your website says open until 14.30 on Saturdays and I checked online before I left and it said open. JThis is just not acceptable - please amend your website opening times!
Firstly the post office opened late! Once I got in I informed the assistant at the desk that I would like to pick up my parcel then handed him my ‘Something for you’ card. He takes one look and says with attitude “it is at the other Post Office bro”, of which I replied I’ve already been there and they said its here. He went in the back to look for it and surprise surprise he came back out with it and didn’t even apologies for jumping to the conclusion that my parcel wasn’t there. Stay professional just because I’m a young black man don’t think you can address me as bro. Terrible service! If I didn’t stand my ground I would have wasted my time coming back. If his superior is reading this then I’d strongly suggest looking at showing your staff member the feedback and giving them more training because the customer service was trash “bro”
Great service as usual! I use this post office as its better than my local one in farnworth i travel here just for my posting. Sometimes there are queue’s as the young lad always seems to be by himself but he sure does a fantastic job!
Incredibly helpful staff and it's the post office that's open for the most hours out of all the local ones. I visit this post office regularly to send parcels for my business and I have no complaints. Maybe the post office wasn't ran as well in the past, which would explain the old reviews, but I can't pick a fault. Thanks guys.
