I spoke to Joe the paramedic after putting my request on Klinik, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The online system is the best way in my opinion if you can access this. Leave the phone calls to the elderly or urgent requests.I was given a 2hr time slot of when to expect a call.
Terrible service. Waited 40 minutes and still on hold although I was 2nd in line all I get is ‘your call is very important to us please wait’. Not very impressed as our original doctors have now connected and it’s impossible to get my 70yr old grandfather an appointment
Terrible service!I was waiting 60min with my baby for vaccination.They let me and my little baby to wait 60min.
On a lucky day they will answer the phone after an hour and a half, on other days there is no answer. Now vaccination appointments are only at Brunswick, which is very far, with no parking available.
Service has gone downhill My emails don't get responded on anymore and been waiting 4 days for a medical review
