I have nothing but positive things to say about Portscatho Holidays - the staff were friendly, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. St Mawes is a beautiful little town and I would highly recommend both the place and the company. An idyllic holiday from start to finish. Straight forward and simple booking of a lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the world. The cottage exceeded my expectations and provided an ideal location in the Roseland to explore an area that I have not visited before. Andrew and Jane from Portscatho Holidays provided us with everything that we could have possibly needed to enjoy our holiday. Thank you.

We have been looking for a nice cottage for six in the St Mawes area of Cornwall and came across Portscatho Holidays. They offered us a fine choice of several cottages and we had no problem in selecting one. The staff were most helpful and the booking arrangements flowed efficiently. We are now looking forward to our holiday with map in hand and full instructions.

We are german visitors and spend three very nice weeks in St Mawes. The first time with Portscatho Holidays. We enjoyed a very helpful, kind and fast service. In consequence we planning the next holidays with Portscatho Holidays again. There is no other place on earth with this magic landscape and such a lovely Cottages. Historical exterior and modern interior. A beautiful combination. We rejoice the next time in St Mawes.

This was our second holiday in St Mawes but our first with Portscatho holidays. 3 Tregarth has a traditional cottage appearance, but with a modern, bright, airy interior. The accommodation has all the facilities you need and would fit 6 people with ease. The views from the balcony and lounge on the first floor with its ‘upside down’ layout are terrific. St Mawes is a lovely village with all the basic in terms of shops, a cashpoint, cafes and restaurants. One of the main attractions is its central location, with easy access by car, boat, or bike to Falmouth and Truro. We had a great holiday, and have already booked the same cottage again for next year
