Poor customer service skills and also painful treatment not waiting for injections to work before starting fillings are also to big can not close teeth together properly now got to find a better dentist to fix the problem and after the painful experience I'm also terrified of going. The dentist lady was lovely tho just inpatient

The reception staff are badly trained, they lack basic customer service. One girl who dealt with me was nice but another who sat next to her looked like and acted like she didn't care when asked a question by her own colleague. The dentist was rude, very rough and didn't really react to my basic questions well at all. I cannot ever be bothered to write reviews but I feel so strongly about this experience I have done. I will not return to this dentists, I would rather drive out of my way.

fantastic thorough service, provided me on advice of my options without making me feel pressured, I have used a number of dentists moving around the country with my work and I would rate Portland road as excellent

Their appointment system v poor. My dentist appointment was cancelled as he rang in sick....they phoned me , I was in a meeting, I phoned back , they said all fine, appointment 4.40 pm, arrive , guess what ! Cancelled. Inconvenient. 5 Girls working on reception. Seems more than strange ! Definitely lacking customer facing skills.

Won't go in to detail, but had a bad time with this practice, was awarded £1,750 out of court settlement my mouth was a mess
