Hucknall smile centre offers a very pleasant experience. The reception area is spacious and well-appointed and the staff, particularly one individual named Lisa, are exceptionally welcoming. Private parking is available, which is a significant convenient for patients and it is spacious. The building itself is aesthetically pleasing and contributes to a positive overall impression. I would recommend this center.
I had a great experience with Dr. Anjana. She is highly professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. I feel safe under her care, as she knows how to balance treatments effectively to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I had severe tooth pain, and she thoroughly examined my tooth, provided proper treatment and deep cleaning, and explained everything clearly. She took the time to walk me through each step of the treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I truly appreciated how calm and gentle she was—it made what could have been a stressful visit completely manageable. I highly recommend Dr. Anjana to anyone who feels anxious about seeing the dentist. Amazing team!
I registered with this dentist and was given an appointment 3 days later.nnThe dentist in general is extremely clean and all the staff I came across were friendly and welcoming.nnI saw Dr Arika Gupta and explained that I had not been to the dentist for a number of years due to a phobia.nnShe was extremely thorough and understood my phobia, she talked me through everything and explained everything really well which put me at ease and lessened my fear. She also stated that i needed a deep clean which would take two sessions, instead of doing it there and then she gave me several options to choose from come back for the two sessions or one today and one in a few weeks which I thought was extremely professional and demonstrated understanding.nnOverall I had a great experience and because of this it has made me feel much better about my next appointment in a few weeks time.
I had a check up today with Anjana Madhu and Sameem. They were absolutely wonderful and they both explained everything in great detail. They were happy to answer all of my questions, and they made me feel extremely comfortable. I usually get anxious at dentist appointments, but their shining personalities and excellent customer service skills made me feel extremely relaxed. They are both assets to the practice and I would highly recommend a visit with these two outstanding professionals.
I came over to this dentist. Just before Christmas after not receiving the care from another dentist . I was upset and frustrated when I came in and Megan on reception was absolutely fantastic straight away she was doing everything she could to help us out. Made me feel so much better and listen to. She put us in with Dr marie Hallen this lady is fantastic iv never met a dentist so nice understanding and thorough and she put us both at ease. All the staff iv meet at this practice have been kind and welcoming.
