DENTAL CARE PLAN
Regular dental appointments (2 per year) to provide: - Clinical examination - Oral cancer checks - X-rays
Regular hygiene appointments (2 per year) to provide: - Scale and polish - Periodontal advice
20% off any lab-based treatments i.e. crowns, bridges and dentures
20% off all fillings
20% off other dental work (extractions, etc.)
20% off any additional hygiene work
10% off oral hygiene products purchased at the surgery
Worldwide Trauma Inusurance
Emergency Callout Insurance
Redundancy Protection for up to 12 months

ENHANCED DENTAL CARE PLAN
As for Dental Care Plan, but members are entitled to an additional 2 hygiene appointments per year.
