Firstly reception and all staff are warm, friendly and welcoming, so it’s not an issue about personnel. The main concerns I wish to bring to management attention is the ladies changing rooms toilets which are in need of a fresh coat of paint as the current paint on the walls is very poor and flaking off. The really serious issue is with the main floor, multi sport lower floor area, which is in dire need of refurbishment, as the hard surface requires clear demarcation lines painted, of each sport that can be played in the main hall. This would be a short term fix. The long term solution would be replacing the entire floor.
A really cheap leisure centre where the facilities are really good for the price. Got a bunch of really friendly staff as well.
I play volleyball here, use the gym and learn to swim. The facilities could be better but the staff is so good- the swimming instructors are awesome
Good place to play badminton with your friends. 4 courts available but sometimes 2 courts are used for basketball as well. 1 hour = £6.20, can book through telephone.
The old lady working at the reception. The one with white hair is very rude, not polite at all. It doesn't suit the gym reception at all. She doesn't say hello, doesn't smile. The song is the police chief.
Lots of work has gone into this thanks to Notts County and it's made it a great community space to be in. Great squash courts, gym equipment and sports hall space. All pretty reasonably priced and pretty good parking.
Great little 'leisure' centre with good equipment in the gym and decent sized pool. Membership packages are very reasonable and the staff are lovely. Can get quite busy at times in the fitness areas but more than enough equipment for everyone to get out what they need to from their time in there. Would've given 5 stars if the pool showers weren't so ridiculously hot, stay way from these if you have sensitive skin! Glad I signed up and would recommend to others looking to sign up to a budget gym with all the equipment you need to stay in shape
Great place. Who knew Pac-Man was a workout?
Excellent little leisure centre in the Meadows, but accessible from most parts of Nottingham because of its proximity to the town centre. Have loads of great activities for adults and kids alike at very reasonable prices. The centre is a bit tired, but has a wonderful community atmosphere.
Good leisure centre, I went to the CARE session and that was run well.
