Platter of mouthwatering food. The service is excellent and the chef is extremely passionate. Providing extra detail of the food & making sure you're happy. I'm definitely coming back here. Their food is fresh and tasty. Plenty of coffee's, nice selection of alcohol, but the food is what I'm here for. Can't wait for pizza night.
Oh we really liked this place, it is not quite on the main shopping street but just a short detour away. We only popped in for coffee and cake but we will go there for dinner soon. Nice spacious Resturant with excellent service. I liked how the waiter explained what was available on the menu. Very possibly the best baked cheesecake I have ever tasted. Loved it. Go here for the best hot chocolate ever.
This is a hidden gem of Lincoln. The food and coffee was delicious. The authentic Italian desserts looked great and the staff were incredibly friendly. This is a must try for Italian and coffee lovers alike!
What a great evening! Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this cozy and different restaurant/café in Lincoln! The food and the menu are proper Italian: great quality and taste! We all had pizza...and wow! Finally, we have found a place in Lincoln where to eat the real pizza Napoli's style! We had also cannoli as dessert- delicious! Very Friendly staff and good prices for the quality of the food! We will go back soon!
Wow what a find. We had a lovely meal here. The ravioli was beautiful, my husband had a picture - also delicious. I had the best Aperol Spritz I've ever been served. Staff were great. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!Food: 5/5
I visit cafe Portico reasonably regularly. The food is consistently excellent. Not your run of the mill lunch menu with boring sandwich selections but rather a choice of mouth wateringly different fillings. The homemade soup is delicious. Friendly service. Highly recommend.
Great little cafe in Lincoln. Little more expensive than other places but the food is excellent and worth paying the extra. The staff are great and do a good job keeping the place clean and tidy. There is always a great atmosphere here too. Definitely worth checking out the pizzas here, they are great. Great for couples wanting some time out. Great for lunch meetings too.
Had a lovely meal at Portico, authentic Neapolitan pizza, absolutely delicious. Service, food and drinks all excellent. Must speak to the chef next time for some tips on pizza dough, mine never turns out good as this!
Our first time here and we had two lovely pastas. We will return to try the pizza next time! We are astonished by the variety of Gluten - Free options they have. The service was great and the staff all smile.
WOW! The food here is amazing!! The staff are beyond the best service I have ever experienced here in Lincoln. I recommend coming here and give it a try because you will love it. The atmosphere is nice and pleasant and very clean. The bathroom is also clean unlike the other places on high st. We will definitely come back here again, it's our new and only favorite spot in Lincoln. A special thank you to James for his outstanding customer service and all the workers here. It's hard to get spectacular service and I'm glad we found it here at this restaurant.
