I ordered a Sheen 300x and it didn't work which is really unusual as its a great bit of kit. Mower magic responded super quick and even got the manufacture involved. I was given a few tests to do and its still didn't work. They sent a new one out straight away and I was really impressed with the service. Will use them again!

I have today taken delivery of A SHERPA LEAF VACUUM from Mower Magic and although described as 'ex-display' and priced accordingly, having just unpacked it, it is in 100% perfect and unmarked condition. Very happy indeed - A big Thank You to the Team at Mower Magic.

Do not use this company!! Robbery charge you to send faulty products back with no solution £50 taken for faulty return an no resolution! Terrible customer service do not use shop elsewhere!  2 minute tutorial on YouTube…hard to use it wrong, have video footage of the faulty product  Seems they just send faulty products for restocking fee of £50 for a £180 product scammers

Went in to get my Bosch hedge trimmer sharpened, however they advised me that they did not do the bosch trimmer has when they take it apart everything falls apart, so I ask about a petrol trimmer, to which I got a reply why petrol, I said I have always had electric, so he took me over to the battery ones informed me how they work and advised that's the way to go, so I decided to purchase one, have used it twice first time I cut 50% of my bushes which were quite a lot, after checking the battery I had used just 25% of the battery life, put it back on charge within one hour it was fully charged. Two days later I cut the other 50% , so garden looks fine now, again it only used 25%. Battery, so would certainly recommend the battery hedge trimmer, thinking of changing my petrol mower for a battery one, however they are out of stock awaiting stock to arrive will sort swapping it as soon as they come in, much easier that trying to start petrol mower, found staff very noligoble and very helpful, would certainly recommend mower magic

Purchased a new mountfield lawn mower a week ago and the wheel fell off on first use. I emailed twice with no reply so went in and was told by a unhelpful arrogant chap that all they would tell me is to bring it back! So fast forward a week and I take said mower back, same chap, again unhelpful , takes mower into workshop and when done comes out and begins to blame me for losing a part! When I put him in his place and said I hadn’t touched it he turned away and just walked off!  Would I use them again? Not a chance! Avoid and just got to B&Q!!

Ordered a Sigma from Mowermagic via their website as it was listed as available. Sam responded straight away saying that it was on back order and they didn't have any in stock. I agreed to wait and took delivery today. Was never told it was pallet delivery, it took over an hour for the item to unloaded due to poor loading by the courier. Had to return from work as it was left roadside on the pallet. Having contacted Sam, some queries have been dealt with although the tone was rather abrupt. As for the delivery with their courier the response was that it was out of their hands, despite it being their responsibility NOT HELPFUL AT ALL Customer Service Training is clearly needed with some of the other reviews noted.

Needed strimmer sticks, only one sort available, they didn't fit when I got them home.  My fault as I hadn't saved one to compare.  Staff friendly.

I am bitterly disappointed with Mower Magic. I bought a leaf blower from them nearly 2 years ago and was persuaded to buy one of a lower quality than I was intending to buy. This broke down within a year and was fixed 'under warranty' and the same defect happened again just before the 2 year warranty expiry date. I was told it was a chargeable repair even though I informed them that they fixed it under warranty last time.....apparently, now petrol pipes are not covered under warranty any longer. They blamed the Ethanol content of the fuel; I said I know plenty of people with petrol cars why does this not happen to them?....No reply. I told them that I try to spend my money locally and would hope for some kind of reasonable service in such an event. I asked to speak to the manager - he was too busy but he would call me back.....that was Monday, now it's Friday - I don't think he's going to call me, do you? I said if you are not prepared to fix something under warranty then you leave me, regrettably,  no option but to put an unfavourable review on Google - they were warned.....I have fixed it myself and took a whole 10 minutes! Mower Magic could have done that and I wouldn't be writing this now and I won't be setting foot in your door again you'll be pleased to know. Update: The piece of junk I was persuaded to buy now has an inoperative on/ off switch so now I have to flood it with the choke to turn it off....fantastic. I daresay had I bought the Stihl I intended to but was told it was more than I needed it would be working faultlessly today just like my 15 year old Husqvarna chainsaw.......

Ordered some bits for my old mower, the parts were original as advised and arrived in time. Great service…. Recommended!
