Where do I start.. I only come here when I’m desperate and working nearby. The prices are stupidly high compared to the usual independent timber merchants that I use. Every time I go, I’m waiting for what seems like an eternity for guy in the yard to come and ask me what I need, there is never anyone around!!! Then when they do come and help they have no knowledge about anything and quite often not enough stock!! Then when you go inside and pay, I counted at least 20 staff all pretending to be busy or eating a sandwich, can’t possibly think what they are all doing!! I was kept waiting again at this point. How companies like this stay open is beyond me. If it’s any consolation all major building merchants are like this. AWFUL !!!!!!

MKM Lincoln have treated me well with good service from sales through to the delivery staff. A good all round experience at competitive prices.

Great staff, service, stock and prices. If they offered a timber cutting service we would buy all our timber from here but they don't so only 4 stars - They have missed out on thousands of pounds of timber sales just from us alone. Come on MKM bite the bullet and put the rest to shame as you do on every other front.
