Thank you, Port Lympne for a wonderful stay. Our favourite part was entry into the reserve and also to Howlett's park. The animals had so much space to roam around, and were clearly well looked after. The freedom to explore, the friendly staff, and the stunning surroundings also made this an exceptional trip. The food choices and quality was fantastic. We loved Babydoll's pizza and pasta...and loved the hotel breakfast. Only tweak would be that the bedroom was VERY warm all night and this made for an uncomfortable sleep. And the bathroom facilities could have been better (not much pressure in shower, and limescale in bathtub). If it wasn't for this, we would have given 5 stars.

Beautiful place for weddings or other functions. Amazing hand painted walls inside with a bar and open fire. Gorgeous views too. Segway tours available and of course lots of wonderful animals.

Unforgettable, beautiful, breathtaking I recommend everyone to visit. For a more luxurious experience book inside the hotel. For more of a glamping vibe they have pods in the Safari grounds

Murder mystery evening. The murder mystery was ok but very lengthy, in between food courses. It detracted from the food which was probably just as well, the starter was salmon on French stick the salmon was tasty but was served on burnt bread although it was all obviously just out of the fridge. The main was belly of pork, extremely fatty and also burnt, some on our table had no veg and others had no bread roll, the dessert was ok. The drinks are really over priced. Beer/cider for example half pint was £4.80 half pint lemonade £2.80. We were sat on a table of 10 near to the loos and were so cold people put their coats back on. Not a good way to get customers to return

A beautiful place for any event. I had the privilege of going here for a wedding and it was lovely. Friendly staff that caterered for everyone. A lovely day!
