     What a find this place was, an impressive building literally yards from the bus stop and carpark at the western end of Hythe High Street. Margaret was very welcoming and helpful. The top room was very spacious, and on the landing with its rocking horse and wicker chair was a spotless fridge and microwave, so by visiting any of 3 nearby supermarkets one could be self-catering.
     The ensuite was gorgeous and pristine with a perfect shower and white fluffy towels.  Inside the room, which was beautifully decorated in shades of blue, white & cream, there was a large double bed with pretty cast-iron bedposts as well as 2 comfortable single divans, one under the wide window looking towards the High Street and the sea.
     Everything had been thoughtfully designed and every need catered for, from a full-length mirror to a state-of-the-art TV, from a large comfy sofa in the same blue as the carpet to a dining table, chairs & cutlery/crockery. Unbelievable value, too.  Even a fresh pint of milk waiting in the fridge . . .
