OK I was there for work. It's set in very beautiful scenery and on a sunny day the view is pretty good. The rocky shore is fascinating and the sea has carved some interesting shapes. They put on activities for all ages and that is why I was there. The caravans are more like mobile homes and the one I stayed in had a spacious living room, a dining area and a nice kitchen. The rooms were compact as was toilet and shower but all in all was very comfortable. Folk return year on year, it is a relaxed place. The people who work there are lovely and very helpful.

Quiet and out of the way. Only a part-time shop so don't expect trampolines and pubs, etc. Excellent for a quiet walking holiday. Accepts dogs. Lots of Celtic archaeology in the area. Loch is nature preservation area. Run by a very religious group but they don't force this on you in any way.

Very good tent pitches. Helpful host went out of his way. Exceptional bathroom and scullery facilities.

Clean peaceful stunning views right on the sea. This is a great place to stay. The caravans are priced for four people so couples end up paying a premium. All in all it exceeded our expectations by a mile and the people there bent over backwards to make our holiday special. We stayed in an 'old' caravan 'off the sea' but it was immaculate and cozy and well furnished plus the living area looked right out onto the sea!
