From the moment I walked in - to 6 days later collecting the car the whole experience of buying a car was fantastic . I was offered test drives in 2 cars that I was looking at and that was made very easy . When I had made my mind up - on the test drive what car I wanted the whole deal was made very easy with no pushy sales on extras. And the last bit on the hand over was absolutely super in making you feel very special indeed :- I can not thank the sales man - Ganesh enough for his time and all the emails he spent with me in helping with all my questions. When not if I decide to change / upgrade I will drive the 45 miles back to them from reading . Many thanks also the the rest of the team from the front desk to the other sales guys etc - you did a great job. Its a shame I can not give you more stars than 5 .
There aren't enough superlatives to describe how enjoyable dealing with Ganesh and the rest of the team at Porsche Silverstone was. The attentiveness, professionalism and general customer service are unmatched in any other place I've purchased a vehicle. Buying my first Porsche was a huge dream come true, as it is for most, and they made it so special for us. They even got flowers for my wife, which was a classy touch. We will have absolutely no hesitations purchasing from them again and recommend them to anybody. Thank you again, Ganesh and the team, for making this a memorable event.
Steve and his team offer exceptional customer focus and experience, this is our third car from the centre and would highly recommend using them for all things Porsche. Ellis looked after us brilliantly and nothing was too much trouble. We did have one very small issue with our car but Anna was fast to act, picking the car up the same day and returning it fault free and lovely and clean. Good honest reliable customer service all wrapped up in the Porsche way. Thank you all.
Was extremely pleased with the top class service received by Porsche Centre Silverstone. They fixed the issue I had when the wiper accidently was knocked off the arm at our local car wash. Thanks for being so pro active and providing service with a smile and lovely coffee to boot!!
We cannot recommend Ed Howes enough on the purchase of our new Panamerra. From the beginning to the end the service was exceptional superior to other dealerships we have dealt with. 5* isn’t high enough. Would recommend highly. The front end sales experience from this dealer was excellent. Things started to go wrong as soon as I had collected the car! Was told the alarm fobs were in the car…. They were not!! Told they would be 2 days… they were not!! 7 days later after continually harassing them I had to go and collect them! Whilst there I was told the vehicle needed an update, which was overdue, why they couldn’t do it before I took delivery 7 days previously I don’t know!! The after care was appalling , no return of calls and total apathy on their part. Early Dec 2022 the vehicle developed an heater fail, no heat or demist available not ideal in sub zero temperatures!! Phoned the dealer, told nothing they could do they were too busy as they had over 20 vehicles coming back with the same problem ring Porsche Assist. Rang Porsche Assist who told me they would send an engineer out within the hour, 3 hours later an AA van and man turned up looked at the car and told me there was nothing he could do wouldn’t even look at it because it was under warranty!! Asked why he came and he said to meet the timescale target although he couldn’t touch the car. We had to manually defrost the car and he followed me to Pritchett Silverstone where I was met by the After Sakes Manager who told me he didn’t know when it would be fixed, he couldn’t provide a car to get me home, and he agreed that the standard of service given was “ crap”! Left the vehicle and e mailed the General Manager who didn’t reply, after 7 days rang to speak to him and he apologised and explained he hadn’t read my e mail!! Still no date on car being repaired, eventually told them I wanted to return the vehicle as was not fit for purpose. This all culminated in the vehicle going back, at a significant loss to myself, the General Sales Manager did apologise however he did reiterate that they were too successful and didn’t have the aftercare resources in place to facilitate this success!! Would never buy a Porsche again!!

A great Car though the Dealership experience was a bit disappointing . I was offered a paltry PX price for my GTS against a 911 Turbo which was almost £5k beneath Book . Not being desperate to own the Turbo I thought I would give Aston Martin a try as I have always admired the Vantage and previously had a DB9 I ended up at HWM who gave me the Book price against.a Vantage and a service unlike Porsche Silverstone which was second to none . Needing a copy of the Porsche Service History for HWM I was forced to go back to Porsche Silverstone where hearing about my deal with HWM they promptly offered me the Book Price I had initially been after ??? This really sickened me and left a bad taste in my mouth as the Turbo I had been initially interested in was long gone after Porsche Silverstone reduced its asking price . Trust me when I tell you that although it means little to Porsche Silverstone , I wont ever be back . The Salesman of course laid the blame for the paltry p/x price at the Dealer Principals door . A bit hard to take when the GTS was an Approved Porsche that I had bought from them only 4 months earlier .
Picked up my GT4 from Silverstone 2 weeks ago and have to say it was the best experience I have had when buying a car. Richie my sales advisor was absolutely brilliant! He advised me to come up and have a look at the car to further my decision making process, toured me around the car, spoke in length about the brand, product and answered all my questions. Richie and the rest of the team at the centre were responsive, and thorough and exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. As for the car, the quality and condition of it was impressive. I couldn't believe the car was 4 years old! It looks brand new! I had spoken to multiple centres prior to Silverstone and would not hesistate to go back when I'm ready to buy the next! Anyone looking to purchase a product from the Porsche brand, I would advise giving Richie a call from Silverstone as he will for sure take care of you! Thank you again!!
So after a couple of warning lights and a visit from the AA via Porsche Assist, I took my Cayman 981 over to Porsche Silverstone and had a diagnostics test. Was expecting to be half hour and then be told I’d have to book the car in for works to be done. Currently Silverstone, Cambridge and Wolverhampton have a lead time til at least December. Darren the very helpful service manager came to me and said it was a coil to pot 6 that had caused the issue, they had one in stock and it will be half hour to sort. After arriving at 9am I finally left with the works completed, my 981 washed and hoovered and out the drive by 10.30. Quality service from Porsche Silverstone and thank you for fixing my baby
