Although my car is booked in for its service in May, I’ve already been really impressed with Porsche Centre Silverstone.nnFrom the outset, communication has been clear, professional and transparent. The team took the time to review quotes properly, discuss the work in detail and ensure everything was like-for-like, which gave me real confidence in the process.nnThey also assisted with setting up the tracker and Porsche App, they were patient and helpful throughout. Nothing felt rushed or transactional — it felt like they genuinely care about both the car and the owner experience.nnIf the service experience matches the booking process, I’ll be very happy to keep Silverstone as my preferred Porsche Centre.nnLooking forward to bringing the car in and enjoying such quality service ahead!nn— Mike
A bunch of dodgy traders. They pretend they don’t know what the over rev range report is and I’m the only customer to ask for the report. Try to sell me a car with an over rev report so bad Porsche will not give the car a warranty as on the Porsche UK website, then they say if I buy the car they will extend the Porsche warranty lol. I bought in payments 90% of the car before they did a rev report that they were unwilling to share it with me and made up lies about not giving me the report, I was told the computer that would only read the rev report could only send the results if the car was manual. If this all wasn’t a problem why did the senior sales man try to persuade me to buy the car with a big discount ? I asked for my money to be returned which they said would be but wasn’t so after many calls I spoke to the accounts department after a week who said they hadn’t been instructed to refund me then promised to do so but took serval calls to them to actually send my money back after 3 days. I was called by a senior member of the team and he tried to persuade me to have the car or any other car from them rather than a refund, when I wouldn’t go with what he wanted he SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN on me. They don’t care about the customer they care about sales, shady operators, I’d never deal with them again and would never have a good word to give them. Avoid them and shop elsewhere where you are valued.nI bought a similar car from a well known independent Porsche dealer, the car is a PDK also and when I asked for the over rev report when I first viewed the car they opened the file on the car and handed me a printout to read. This is how it should be done, they also said all cars are rev read not just manual cars.nPorsche Silverstone just wanted to pass on a car with a bad history which they eventually sold to another customer who is probably unaware of what he/she has bought.nFor a main dealer this is the worst from the many main dealers of various brands I have had the misfortune to have dealings with.
I Bought my dream gt4 from Silverstone Porsche.nOn day 1 I was greeted by the great reception team and I was passed on the sales executive sophina Evan’s from that second I was greeted by them I was buying the car. The professionalism sophina showed throughout my whole experience was amazing.nHer manager James was also fantastic, but for me sophina got the sale and I truly hope sytner group and Porsche Silverstone, realise the sales person and personality they have on there books. It is my 1st Porsche but it will not be the last I buy from Silverstone.nThankyou
Genuinely pleased with he service I received from Porsche Silverstone. Everyone there goes above and beyond. Its a busy dealership, so things can fall between the cracks, but in my experience they will always ensure they look after you. I recommend this dealership. Great experience.
I had an excellent time at the Porsche Driving Experience in Silverstone. Driving the 911 Turbo S was an incredible opportunity and the whole day was very well organised. A special shoutout to Chris, who was superb throughout – he explained everything clearly, built confidence quickly and made the drive both exciting and enjoyable. He really added to what was already a brilliant experience.
