Sawson and Emma are very helpful in suggesting outfits and accessories,  although on the other hand one is also encouraged to browse at leisure. A full service is available including hat purchase/hire, shoes, bag and jewellery plus alterations if required. I have been a customer for many years and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Customers become friends.

Received excellent service from Sawsan & her team last year when I bought my mother of the groom outfit from here. They were also able to supply the matching hatinator which was a bonus. Absolutely loved my outfit (& still do) & truly felt like a million dollars in it.

Have always had helpful, honest advice from Flair when choosing outfits, that are then not only wearable, but very flattering and make me feel good. That makes it well worth the money!
