I went into Porky's to "just look" and ended up with the MOST GORGEOUS gas fireplace! Nathan and Alex took care of me from start to finish and had my install done in just a few hours. Porky's also set me up with the amazing Jeff & Dillon to create my stunning surround look at that 150 year old barn beam mantle!!. It is absolutely stunning and I can't recommend the Porky's team highly enough!
Porky's provided a great service to top end spa's. John went straight to work on servicing the spa while I was tied up in a meeting. Great work, no hassles, tough spot to get into but got us all sorted. Worth the money and the investment. Thanks
I’ve known Adam at Porky’s for quite a few years now and I’m very excited to be able to do some business with him and the crew at Porky’s to put a hot tub in our back yard. From start to finish, these guys were top notch. Adam was very informative, knew his product and set my wife and I up with the perfect tub to work in the area of our back yard we hoped to use. He explained all of our options and add ons so we knew everything we needed to design our own Bullfrog Spa, and when we were ready ordered it in for us. The delivery crew, Paul and John, were just as good at their part of this purchase. My wife was very impressed to see them spraying and wiping down the tub as they took the wrapping off to make sure it was clean and ready to go for the wiring the next morning. Once the wiring was done the instructions we were given helped us know what chemicals we needed to use and when. All in all, we couldn’t say more good things about Adam and the team at Porky’s. When it’s time for a new fireplace or barbeque we will certainly be back. Thanks again for the top notch service guys!
We have been dealing with Porky’s for over 15 years. They installed 2 fireplaces and have provided the servicing for each over this period of time. Alex and Nate are the two service technicians who have looked after our servicing and we thank them very much for being more than just service technicians, but more like family members. The care and responsibility they take when they are here is greatly appreciated. We are more than happy to tell everyone we know about the great work that Porky’s does for the community, but more importantly, the great work Alex and Nate do for us.
Porky’s stand behind their products. We were having a few issues with our BBQ and then in came Nathan. He immediately sent a truck to pick up our BBQ. After a week Nathan called to say the parts were in and our BBQ was ready. He replaced the defective parts at no charge. He was amazing. The BBQ actually works better now. Truly better than new. Thank you Nathan and your team.
A company that was very eager to sell me a bullfrog - which I admit has been a great purchase - the challenge is in after sales customer service. I have only had to call twice. First time I relocated my tub and asked them to order me a plug for the electrical intake. They couldn’t do that. They said not an option. Asked them to call the company because they make it and it’s there and to please help me keep critters out of the bottom of the tub. The part exists. It was there when the tub arrived. Nothing from them. Found my own solution. Second time I called no answer despite multiple calls and working my way through their phone tree I left a message. Message was that I bought a bullfrog and that my heater is not working correctly please call me back to set up a service call. 2 weeks and still no response. These guys are happy to take your money but not so happy to support you after they do.
I used Porky's in 2011 to install a gas fireplace in the lower family room of our home as we were done with burning wood. We returned to Porky's on September 23, 2024 because we were so pleased with the installation back in 2011 by Adam Riley and Alex Digou as well as the choice of gas fireplace recommended. They were efficient, worked quietly and well together. Everything was explained in detail to make using the gas fireplace feel comfortable. Recently, dealing with Adam on what to do for a difficult project was most impressive. His recommendation as to the choice of gas fireplace for the spot and his answers to my questions made my job easier. Then, when he came to do measurements, he explained thoroughly any problems that could be encountered, and gave us options. No pressure, only honesty and support to get the best possible outcome. I plan on using Adam and Porky's in the near future again for another project. I would highly recommend Porky's to family and friends - Adam too!
Alex installed our fireplace almost 4 years ago and it has worked perfectly. We scheduled regular maintenance recently and it looks better than new. Friendly, courteous and professional service every time. Thanks Alex!
Alex came out to service our BBQ and replace the burns which where under warranty. While he was here Alex gave the BBQ a good cleaning, want an awesome job, it looks new again.
Recently required a service call for our gas fireplace and was provided with a quick appointment visit. Service tech Alex arrived on the scheduled time and provide excellent feedback on our fireplace's status. Alex completed all our required seasonal maintenance and provided suggestions to make our fireplace experience more enjoyable. Thanks again Alex.
