Australian day was the event I at this time in Elk bar located im Fulham area. Cheap drinks, live dj and fun. Unique negative point was the watery mojito, had to stop drinking because no flavour of alcohol inside at all. The australian bier Bondi was cool, light and nice taste.
I went here last Thursday to celebrate an event with about 20 friends. Booked a table in advance No charge and friends who where later could still come in because of it. It was very busy but it had a good atmosphere with only people who just wanted to have a good time. Music was great lot's of eighties music which I really like. All over it was a great night with good service, cheap good quality drinks and great music. Would certainly go back here.
Went on a sat night for two drinks before cinema. Was quiet to start, comfy, sat in the beer garden which was nice. When we were leaving at 9:45 it had changed to quite a young drunk crowd. Completely different atmosphere! Staff were good.
Good happy hour offers, 5-8 Monday-Friday. Not the greatest selection of beers. Food is average, as is service. When the bar was quite busy a couple of the servers were chatting and laughing about something on a phone. Nice outdoor space, indoors is a bit grimey. Not somewhere I'd rush back to
I like this place. Great beer garden on a nice day. It's especially great earlier in the day / afternoon when it's emptier and calmer. I haven't tried the food but the BBQ smells nice! It's not cheap but it is Fulham!
Nice beer garden for the sunny weather we are having at the moment. We had an afternoon drink and a burger here which was good. Also not too busy on a Sat afternoon so no issues getting a table and would be good for a big group as they have long tables in the garden.
I don't know about the drinks here, but the £5 lunch, house burger with fries was glorious. Handmade patty, brioche bun, cheese, gherkins... First rate! Us yanks know our burgers and this is top notch! Seasoned fries were delish as well.
The Elk is one of my favourite pre-match haunts, for great premium beers and a superb atmosphere. Great selection of beers, wines and spirits, The Elk also fronts a fine BBQ outside serving some of the best burgers known to man. Very much, worth spending some time here.
Packed on Mojito night, so go early. Drink pricing is what you expect for a place like this - £4 up for the cheapest pint. The backyard is a nice place in the summer. They have a BBQ/grill out the back, which is where they grill certain meats on. They have a nice affordable lunch menu, which is changed daily. With their lunch menu, it would be good if they include a small softdrink in the price. Whetherspoons is around the corner, so you should be competitive against them. If you're going for a business lunch, this a good place to go. Your customers won't be disappointed.
Exellent top quality cocktails. Nice bar. Music is a better after 10pm. BBQ burgers are awesome and just melt in your mouth. Staff area friendly and helpful.
