I ordered the Lexington tiles in maple which were delivered in tact and were the perfect choice for my kitchen. The customer service I received from James Whittaker was excellent. Having called regarding an online pricing matter he resolved this issue and arranged delivery of the tiles, thank you.
I had a wonderful experience with Porcelanosa. Kerry in the Braehead office was extremely patient as I had a lot of questions and made several calls asking questions. She always obliged and made sure my queries were answered. Even when I needed more tiles and needed it delivered on time, she never hesitated to help speak to the back office to get it sent out as soon as. She deserves more than 5 stars for the fantastic service.
Sian from Braehead showroombwas super helpful and professional. I was buying tiles for a continuation of a job and she knew to ask so that I got the tiles with the correct thickness. She held my order and suggested for me to go home to check the measurements before confirming my order. It felt good dealing with such a knowledgeable employee, will definitely be back again.
Great range on display and mock rooms done up, to give ideas. Quality is exceptional. Kerry Boyle was very helpful and accommodated my alterations and requirements, with a smile. Even the store man was very helpful when I collected my goods. Would certainly use again and recommend.
What can I say about Porcelanosa Glasgow other than superb, Craig Milroy helped get my order sorted in a jiffy. He was spot on and a feast for the eyes if i have ever seen one. Cannot fault the service from top to bottom, highly recommend.

We recently needed help to put together a quote and an order for some Porcelanosa tiles. Our query was handled by Dylan O'Donnell, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and provided an excellent customer service. Thank you, Dylan, for your help with the quote and order.
I had issues with Spectrum builders who laid mismatching floor tiles in my bathrooms and had also incorrectly plumbed in raditors to my bathroom walls. I went to Porcelanosa for help in getting matching replacement tiles. I met with Craig Milroy. He was so helpful and understanding. He knew that the tile colour that had been installed had changed its name - this way, I could get the exact match with the tiles I had. Craig also said that there was a sale on and so the price was better than expected! He was also able to suggest a local tiler I could contact for the work to be done. I called back to order the tiles and he remembered exactly who I was. Craig is knowledgeable and friendly and has gone a long way in solving the problems created by Spectrum in my bathroom tiling. A+ !!!
I have recently purchased tiles at the Hillington branch of Porcelanosa and was delighted with the service I received. Dylan O'Donnell, the sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided me in my selection. His advice and patience was much appreciated.
Innes Frazer was a great help as I was phoning from Spain with limited information on a previous order from February 2020. He manged to secure a box of tiles from the original batch in order that my tilers can effect a perfect repair. Once again Porcelanosa has delivered a premium service which is why I have used them consistently throughout my house refurbishment
