Iain sanded, stained and varnished the pine floor in our hallway about 3-4 years ago. Helped us choose the colour for the stain and the type of finish for the varnish. Looked excellent at the time and has lasted very well since. Turns-up and gets it done. Needing more rooms done and will definitely be going back to him.
A great job from a good guy. Iain is knowledgeable and a grafter. My hall floorboards were a mess but now look superb. Delighted with the job he did.

Iain's attitude is really bad, just wants to get in, get your money and get out of there. I'm confident I could have done a better job myself and I've never sanded a floor in my life, I'd just have taken a bit more time. Cheapest you'll find, but you get what you pay for.
