Brilliant club,music fantastic and drinks reasonable priced. Only downfall is the creeps, that try to hit on you, weather male or female. Go away when told!!

Music was decent and drinks reasonable. What let us down was the staff on the reception area. Just didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, very rude when dealing with a friend getting his jacket back and overall bad attitude when the issue was resolved. A bit childish in how it was handled.

Worst club I've even been to (in terms of customer service, and I've seen some horror stories) - left the club at midnight with my clients, to head home in Weston super mare. Unfortunately I couldn't find my ticket. Was promptly told in these words 'if you don't have your ticket, go home. Come back on Monday when we're open, I'm not wasting my time bothering to look'. Misguided protocol and poor customer service clearly dictates, as nobody understood we were leaving the next day at 9 and had any interest in helping. We leave having left phones, makeup, clothes and other essentials, escorted out in no short order to the words 'stop holding up the queue and come back on Monday night, someone might be here'. I understand companies being busy and pressed for time (I own several businesses) but I can't excuse such blunt ignorance. For potential customers: Please don't go here, it's not worth it - a lot better places that are - cheaper, FAR better service, and all around kinder places - this is simply a boring, money focussed club - nothing else. Cheers.
